You agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding.

15.6 Injunctive Relief

We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property, scraping, or security-related violations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Assignment
